We are a licensed and bonded Abstracter and licensed Title Insurance Agent for First American Title Insurance Company.

The search and title examination staff of Kansas Title has over 60 combined years of experience in working with the real estate records in Johnson County, Kansas. Our Company owns and maintains an in-house title plant, and all information is verified against the county real estate and tax index systems.

We also handle title work and closing in many of the Kansas counties, co-operating with the local title offices in other counties. Some of the counties we frequently do business in, other than Johnson County, are: Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Douglas, Miami, Franklin and Linn.
